The Importance of Spiritual Discernment: Master's Voice Prophecy Blog "Sister Celestial"

 Understanding God's Selfless Sacrifice

In today's religious landscape, there's no shortage of voices claiming to speak for God. Among them are many who twist scripture to fit their own doctrines and interpretations. One such individual is "Sister Celestial" from "The Master's Voice Prophecy Blog." While she claims to be a prophet, her teachings distort the true message of Christ, leading many away from the selfless nature of God's love and the true understanding of His sacrifice. In this blog post, we’ll explore how to discern between carnal interpretations and the true spiritual message of the bible, particularly focusing on the concept of sacrifice.

Misunderstanding Christ: The Danger of a Carnal Mind

Sister Celestial (real name Esther), like many others, approaches scripture with what can only be described as a "carnal mind." She reads passages about God the Father and His Son and interprets them through a literal, worldly lens, missing the deeper, spiritual meaning behind these descriptions. For instance, she suggests that God had a literal son, separate from Himself, whom He sent to die for the world. This understanding stems from a surface-level reading of scripture, which neglects the profound spiritual truth that God Himself, in the likeness of a man, was the one who came to Earth and sacrificed Himself for humanity.

The carnal mind reduces this act of love to a simple transaction—God sends another entity to do the work. But scripture reveals a much deeper truth: God Himself became the sacrifice. As stated in Acts 20:28, God "purchased the church with His own blood." This isn’t the act of a distant father sending someone else to die. This is the act of a loving, self-sacrificing God, manifesting in the flesh to reconcile His creation.

Peter’s Revelation: Jesus of God, Not of Man

In Matthew 16:15-17, we see Peter’s profound revelation when he confesses that Jesus is not just a man but the Son of the Living God. Jesus responds by affirming that this understanding didn’t come from human reasoning but from divine revelation. Peter’s insight is an example of spiritual discernment—seeing beyond the flesh and recognizing the true nature of Christ.

Esther, like many false teachers, misses this revelation entirely. She continues to teach a separation between God and Jesus, portraying them as distinct rather than understanding the love of God.

Paul warns of this very issue in 2 Corinthians 11:3-4, where he expresses concern that believers might be led astray by a different Jesus and a different gospel. This "different Jesus" is exactly what Esther and others like her present—a distorted view that strips away the true essence of God’s love and sacrifice.

The Selfless Sacrifice of God: The Spiritual Truth

At the core of Christianity is the concept of selfless love. God did not send someone else to do His work; He came Himself. This is the essence of the sacrifice of Christ. John 15:13 tells us that there is no greater love than laying down one’s life for one’s friends. If God is love, as 1 John 4:8 tells us, then it stands to reason that He would embody this greatest form of love Himself. God is not a God who sends others to suffer in His place; He is a God who sacrifices Himself.

The idea that God sent a separate "Son" to die for the world is not only a misunderstanding of scripture but a direct contradiction of the message of God’s love. As Romans 5:8 reminds us, "God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." This passage doesn’t teach that God sent someone else; it teaches that God Himself, in the form of Christ, died for us.

The False Doctrine of Selfish Sacrifice

One of the most dangerous teachings Esther promotes is the concept of what I call a "selfish sacrifice." By teaching that God sent someone else—His "son"—to die in His place, she presents a selfish version of sacrifice that is completely at odds with the selflessness of God’s love. True love, as demonstrated by Christ, is self-sacrificial. It involves God taking on human form, experiencing suffering, and laying down His own life for the redemption of humanity.

Esther’s teachings lead people to believe in a God who is distant, detached, and uninvolved in the very act that defines His nature: love. This is not the God of the Bible. The true God of scripture is a God who is intimately involved in His creation, who loves us so much that He became submissive to his own creation to save us (for the greatest in the kingdom of God is the servant of all).

Spiritual Blindness: The Veil Over Esther’s Teachings

In 2 Corinthians 3:14-16, Paul speaks of a veil that lies over people’s hearts when they read the Old Testament. This veil is only lifted in Christ. Esther and others like her continue to operate under this veil, unable to see the full spiritual truth of God’s revelation. They are stuck in a carnal understanding of scripture, unable to comprehend the spiritual reality that Christ is the Everlasting Father and that His sacrifice was a selfless act of love, not a transaction between a father and a son.

Those who follow Esther are led astray by this veil, believing in a gospel that is far removed from the truth of God’s love. But as believers, we are called to go beyond the carnal and seek the spiritual truth that is revealed through faith in God.

Seek the God of Love

In a world filled with false prophets and carnal interpretations of scripture, it’s crucial that we seek the true God of love. The God who is love (1 John 4:16), who came to Earth in the flesh of Christ, and who laid down His own life for our salvation. This is the true message of the God—the message of selfless love and sacrifice.

Don’t be deceived by those who promote a different Jesus, a different gospel, and a different sacrifice. Seek the God who loved you so much that He gave Himself for you. Only in Him will you find the truth, freedom, and eternal life.

"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." – 2 Corinthians 3:17

Stay discerning, stay rooted in love, and always have faith in God.

The Danger of False Prophecies: The Master's Voice Prophecy Blog "sister Celestial" & Donald Trump

In recent years, we’ve seen a rise in self-proclaimed prophets who claim to have received divine insights into world events, politics, and even the personal fates of individuals. While prophecy has been a significant part of many religious traditions, modern-day prophecies, especially those about public figures and global events, often do more harm than good. In particular, the rise of failed prophecies surrounding high-profile individuals like Donald Trump has sparked both confusion and division among believers.

A Failed Prophecy: Trump’s Predicted Death

One of the more prominent failed prophecies that has been circulating since 2019 revolves around former President Donald Trump. A certain online prophetess who calls herself "Sister Celestial" from the "Master's Blog Prophecy Blog" claimed that God had revealed to her that Trump would be assassinated and die and he would not run for president again; his death would be the divine intervention of God.

Fast forward to today—Donald Trump is very much alive, and he is currently running for president again. This prophecy, like many others before it, failed to come true, yet it continues to circulate among her followers who are deeply invested in her predictions. When prophecies like this fail, it leaves many followers disillusioned and uncertain, often leading to dangerous rationalizations. Some cling to the belief that the prophecy is just delayed, while others reframe the message to avoid confronting the reality of its failure.

Prophecies that don’t come to pass do more than just disappoint their followers—they can damage people's faith and create division. When these predictions fail, some believers may question their entire belief system, while others double down, choosing to overlook reality in favor of maintaining their allegiance to the prophet. This creates a dangerous cycle of misinformation and spiritual manipulation.

The issue here goes beyond a simple mistake. In religious communities, prophecies carry a sense of divine authority. When someone claims to speak on behalf of God, followers may feel pressured to take their words as absolute truth, even when those prophecies are clearly false. This can lead to psychological, emotional, and even financial harm, as many of these prophets request donations to "support the work of God."

Recognizing Red Flags

For anyone who finds themselves following modern-day prophets, it’s important to be discerning. Here are a few red flags to watch out for:

  • Vague or shifting timelines: Prophets who provide prophecies without clear timelines, or who change the timeline when their predictions don’t come true, are often engaging in deception.
  • Request for money: Be wary of prophets who frequently ask for financial support while promising divine blessings or knowledge in return.
  • Contradictory predictions: If a prophet makes one prediction and later contradicts it with another, this is a clear sign that they are unreliable.
  • Fearmongering: Prophets who focus on fear-based predictions, such as disasters or death, without offering hope or solutions, may be manipulating emotions to gain followers.

The Importance of Discernment

It’s natural to seek guidance and clarity in uncertain times, and prophecies can seem like a beacon of hope. However, it’s crucial to approach any form of spiritual or religious teaching with discernment. Not everyone who claims to speak on behalf of God is doing so with pure intentions. False prophecies can harm not only the individuals who follow them but also the broader religious community by sowing seeds of mistrust and confusion.

In the end, genuine spiritual guidance should come from our relationship to God, not from a human being. It’s essential to stay grounded in your faith to God and trust in Him, while also being aware that not every message delivered in God’s name is truly from God.

The Dangerous Teachings of "Sister Celestial" from "The Master's Voice Prophecy Blog"

In the Christian faith, there's a growing trend that often goes unnoticed—one that elevates the Bible itself as the ultimate authority rather than Almighty God. I recently watched a video from "The Master's Voice Prophecy Blog," where the speaker emphasized that a strong Christian life depends on Bible study. The video, titled "Snippet: The Bible is the Strength of Your Spirit," highlights a troubling and common misconception in modern Christian thought. And I believe it’s crucial to address it head-on.

God Is Our Strength, Not the Bible

The very title of the video is misleading—dare I say, blasphemous. The Bible, while an inspired and valuable text, is not the source of our strength. God Almighty is our strength. He is the living Word, the ultimate authority, and the source of eternal life. While many hold the Bible in high regard, we must remember that it is God—not a book, not even the Bible—who grants salvation and sustains our spirits.

There seems to be a growing sentiment that we cannot know God or walk in His ways without strict adherence to Bible study. This, to me, is a dangerous and Pharisaical mindset, reminiscent of the religious leaders in Jesus’ time. They believed that strict observance of the law and Scriptures was the key to righteousness. But as Jesus pointed out to them, eternal life comes through faith in God, not through intellectual mastery of religious texts.

The Pharisee Mindset in Modern Christianity

In the video, "Sister Celestial" argues that the Christian walk depends on our dedication to reading the Bible and engaging in certain religious practices. This mindset mirrors that of the Pharisees—people who, though well-versed in Scripture, were spiritually disconnected from God. Jesus rebuked them, saying, "You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me, yet you refuse to come to Me to have life." (John 5).

What many fail to realize is that the Bible points to God, but it is not God. It’s possible to read the Bible every day and still miss the core of the message—faith in God to have eternal life. Our relationship with God should be based on faith, not religious duty or adherence to rituals.

Faith Alone: The Key to Eternal Life

One of the most troubling aspects of the video is the implication that those who don’t engage in Bible study have a "weaker form of Christianity" or are somehow lacking. The speaker goes so far as to suggest that remembering your dreams is a sign of spiritual strength. This is an absurd and dangerous teaching. Dream retention has no bearing on one’s spiritual standing before God. Whether you remember your dreams or not, salvation comes through faith alone, not through any physical or intellectual exercise.

The idea that Bible study or dream retention can bring us closer to God is rooted in works-based thinking, something the Apostle Paul warned against. In Ephesians 2:8-9, Paul writes, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast." Faith is what brings us into a relationship with God, not human effort or religious observance.

The Problem with Idolizing the Bible

Let me be clear: I am not against the Bible. It is a powerful, God-inspired book that offers encouragement. However, we must avoid making the Bible an idol. When we place more emphasis on reading the Bible than on cultivating a personal relationship with God through faith, we are missing the point entirely.

There are over 30,000 Christian denominations, each claiming to have the correct interpretation of the Bible. Yet, all of them differ on various doctrines. How can we claim that Bible study is the path to spiritual growth when even devout Christians disagree on what it says? The truth is that only God, through His Spirit, can remove the veil from our eyes and lead us into all truth.

As believers, we need to return to the simplicity of the message: faith in God, not faith in religious practices. The Bible is a beautiful and true history book inspired by God, but it is not our Savior. God Himself is our strength, our life, and our salvation. As we walk by faith, He will lead us into all truth—not through intellectual effort, but through His grace.

Let us not fall into the trap of believing that Bible study is the path to spiritual growth. Instead, let us place our trust in God alone, who is the author and finisher of our faith.
