Is God a man or is He Love?

Note: The bible was written by God through His children, it is for the children of God only. 

The Lord has put it on my heart to talk about the Love of God (Christ) and the anti Christ spirit which is the opposite of God’s love. The antichrist spirit is found in the dead religions of this world. Because many so called Christians have been deceived into thinking that they are saved by following the dead letter written on ink and paper, like the bible, or the church fathers, or any other book, they have no idea that they have to be born again of the Spirit of God to be a child of God through faith alone, so to inherit His kingdom.

That is why I want to write about Love, the love of God, for it is the love of God which has fulfilled the law (Romans 13) and brought salvation to the people.

Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law. 9 For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbour as yourself.” 10 Love does no harm to a neighbour; therefore love is the fulfilment of the law.

Yet it is the Love of God which is greatly misunderstood, not just by the world but even by so called Christians.

Many people, especially religious people, will switch off when they hear God is love. Because many people commit sins against God and justify it by saying "God is love, He doesn't mind, He loves me!" But this is not the love of God.

So, why do we need to know God and why do we need to know about the Love of God? Well. It’s simple -so we can have eternal life, because without the love of God, we will stay separated from Him. And when we die in this separation, we will be doomed forever and ever. 

This is terrible so we must tell everyone about the LOVE of God!

So what exactly is the Love of God 

and how can we get to know God? Well, everyone can get to know God. You do not need a bible. As a matter of fact, the bible will not reconcile you to God. Now, before you switch off, hear me out and ask questions!

God is Spirit and His creation testifies of Him, and his law is written on everyone’s heart. We all know that stealing, lying, cheating, murder etc is wrong.

So everyone can seek and know God. Not because people read the bible or any other book, but because they seek Him in Spirit and in Truth and come to Him in faith alone.

Please don’t get me wrong, the bible is God inspired, written by God for the born again children of God, not for unbelievers. Unfortunately most so called Christians are unbelievers and therefore do not understand the bible when they read it. We see this in the thousands of different denominations that have been created by men and women who picked up the bible and interpreted it with their carnal mind.

That being said, because the scriptures are useful for instruction, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, fully equipped for every good work, I will refer back to the scriptures throughout this post, for the edification of the saints, as well as for those who are seeking Truth and have ears that hear when the Spirit of Truth teaches.

God wants us to know Him not because He is proud and selfish, but so we may have eternal life! Because knowing God means being reconnected to God in the Spirit and it is the Spirit that gives life. 

 “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. John 11 25

The scriptures do not give life. As a matter of fact, the scriptures alone without the Holy Spirit kill.

And we have such trust through Christ toward God. ⁵ Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God, ⁶ who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. 2 Corinthians 3

 The Lord tells us that we can only be saved by the Spirit of God, not any book. For example in John 5 39:

You pore over the Scriptures because you presume that by them you possess eternal life. These are the very words that testify about Me, yet you refuse to come to Me to have life.

We must come to God in Spirit and in Truth through faith alone, not by reading and studying, for this will lead you to death. There is no life in reading and studying and knowing the hebrew or greek.

Life can only be found in God, and that is why the enemy, satan, has created many ways that will lead you away from getting to know God, he has created many different religions and subdivisions within each religion to confuse people, to divide and conquer. Because while we are fighting about what religion or what denomination or even what bible version is true, the time is ticking and our appointment with God, which has already been set, is moving closer and closer.

So we must know God, and we can not know God by reading a book. Because God is not found in anything of this world, this includes a bible book.

My sheep hear My voice; I know them, and they follow Me. 28I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. John 19

and

All things have been entrusted to Me by My Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal Him. Matthew 11:27

God can only be found, or rather, He reveals Himself to us, in the Spirit. That is why Jesus blessed Peter after Peter had said, "you are the Christ the Son of the living God", for flesh and blood had not revealed this to Peter, but the Father in heaven had revealed it to Him. And the Father is Spirit. Peter had a spiritual revelation of who Jesus really was. 

So you see, you must know God in the Spirit, not in the dead letter. The dead letter will kill you if you do not have the Spirit of God within you.

The Lord reminds us in His scriptures that He must dwell in us, otherwise we are disqualified/reprobate and not in the faith 

Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.  2 Corinthians 13.5

How can God dwell in us?

He will dwell in you, when you hear the Gospel (good news) that God came to earth and He Himself laid down His life for you, so that His holy blood washes away our eternal crimes which have been committed against an eternal and holy God.  His blood brings forgiveness of our sins and believing in His self-sacrifice will put a new spirit into us - the Holy Spirit of this Holy God of Love. For the greatest act of Love is to lay down your own life for your friends, not to send an other.

 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. John 15.13

If you believe that God Himself laid down His life for you, you will receive the Spirit of Him whom you believe. So if you believe the God of Love, you receive His HOLY Spirit. If you believe that God send someone else to be crucified (anti Christ spirit) you will receive the counterfeit "holy spirit" of the murderer satan (who is the antiChrist spirit). It all depends on who you put your faith in. What gospel you believe...

For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted—you may well put up with it! 2 Corinthians 11:4

This leads us to the discernment of the anti Christ spirit who denies that Jesus Christ . 

 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. 1 John 4

God is love which is self sacrifice, the anti Christ spirit is death for it is self seeking and demands the sacrifice of an other as seen in child sacrifice to satan in the Old Testament.

They even sacrificed their sons
And their daughters to demons,
38 And shed innocent blood,
The blood of their sons and daughters [...]
39 Thus they were defiled by their own works, 
Psalm 106

the sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons, not to God. And I do not want you to be 

participants with demons. 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot partake in the table of the Lord and the table of demons too. 1 Corinthians 10

So, in the spirit, there are only two teams. You are either of God or you are not of God. So you see, it is not about which religion you follow, but whether you believe and worship the God of Love for only He can offer forgiveness of your sins through His self sacrificing spirit.

Does the Holy Spirit dwell in you or the counterfeit

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ Matthew 7

What does the Lord mean by lawlessness? Lawlessness is the opposite of  holiness, being reconnected to God. When we are reconciled to God, we do His holy will, but when we are not reconciled to Him, we are still lost and are still going after our own fleshly desires. And of course this is sin. For our fleshly desires are self seeking. Romans 2:8

But for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury.

The opposite of self seeking is self sacrifice which is LOVE . That is why LOVE has fulfilled the law, because God has sacrificed Himself. If you believe this you will be saved. That is why we must believe in the Son the Christ of the living God, because it means we believe that God has come in the flesh and sacrificed Himself. And this is the good news that we are to share with the world. God has come to earth to save us. And when we know that God loved us (scarified Himself for us) we will also love God.  1 John 4:19 

We love Him because He first loved us.

Most so called Christians do not know that God Himself laid down His life for us, because they believe in anti Christ spirits found in the trinity for example or Unitarianism. Both deny that God Himself laid down His life and that is why they have not been born again and therefore can not stop sinning.

But it is the goodness of God that leads to repentance, not the sacrifice of an other (murder) or bible verses. Knowing what God did for us, leads us to loving Him.

Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? Romans 2.4

God wants us to believe Him and know Him. So is it any surprise then that satan has created thousands of different dead religions and gospels so you will not believe God and know Him?!

To know God, means to know Love. Love is holiness, as it seeks the best for the other person. When we are in love, in Christ, we no longer steal, lie, murder etc, because we sacrifice ourselves in word deed and thought for the benefit of God and our neighbour. When we are in Love we no longer sin.

That is how God has fulfilled the law that was given by Moses, which is based on the 10 commandments. When we are born again (through faith alone) we are reconciled to God and walk in holiness, we therefore rest from our wicked works every day and no longer rebel against God and harm others. This is the Way God has made for us, to find back to Him.

This truly is amazing grace, but remember, this grace is only attainable, if you have faith in the right God. The God of self sacrifice, the God of love (Christ)

Conclusion 

God, who is One, who is Holy and who is Spirit, the One Holy Spirit, wants us to become reconciled to Him, reconnected to Him. If you are still a sinner and have not yet been born again, you are separated from God because you have turned away from God by going after your own desires, and of course, in order to get your own way, you are prepared to lie, steal, cheat, be covetous and so on… These are all manifestations of a heart that is SELF SEEKING.

So as you can see it is the heart that needs to be changed not our actions. Our actions will change when we have a new heart. When we have the Lord Jesus Christ sit in His temple, who is us, on His throne, which is our heart.

So follow JESUS, not religious people, those who follow the dead letter and not the Holy Spirit, who is alive and sharper than a double edged sword, for they do not know about the Love of God, they do not know that Jesus Christ can now dwell in them. 

They outright deny Jesus Christ can dwell in us. And this is the antiChrist spirit who DENIES that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh in us. He denies that the Spirit of Truth is in the born again children of God.

That is why God says, you must be humble to receive His grace. For only the humble turn away from all self seeking glory and truly accept that God alone has done something for them, by truly believing this we are able to receive God's Spirit -eternal life. It can only be given to those who truly believe there is nothing physical they can do to receive this free gift. 

This belief is not found in the dead letter. It can only be found in humility, in submission to God, turning away from all self seeking ways and believing in what He has done for us.
